In a complete reversal of US foreign policy the trump administration has junked Zelenskyy and the Ukraine War. Calling names like stupid and dictator for someone whom your country has committed 113 billion dollars in aid including 42 billion of defense aid and passed a special act providing 13.6 billion dollars is unheard of in diplomacy. His administration is disruptive is a given but the famed US military would squander NATO and influence crafted over 8 decades giving into the whims of a person is not a good sign for American institutional health. After 3 years of a bloody war with an estimated casualties of around a million people withdrawing without working on an honorable exit strategy would dent American credibility hard and doing so in Europe would be even worse. While the European Union is getting into a huddle on the issue, Putin may be the only one laughing.
